cosmetics is very active on Twitter as compared to Mac. They tweet almost every
day. There newly launched “Weather Collection” gained a lot of popularity with
1.6K likes. They update the Kylie cosmetic shoppers with all the information
about the product for example if any product is out of stock or if any product
has been restocked or any one day sales or freebies with the purchase. There
free makeup bag for one day with any order also attracted positive customer
response with 747 likes as who does not like free gifts.

· Talking
about Mac cosmetic’s twitter scenario they last tweeted on April 12th,
2017 which is a long time back. They did not Tweeted anything about the Jeremy
Scott makeup collection which was launched in February and attracted a great
response from cosmetic lovers on Facebook.

Kylie Cosmetics update their twitter account by
tweeting everyday about their products for example there free makeup bag with
every purchase on March 1, their new launches, restocking of any products etc.

the other hand Mac on February 2nd ,2017 posted about the viva glam
products and the money earned from the sale of this product range go to the Mac
fund aid for helping the HIV sufferers. It was liked by 1.4K Twitter users and
was retweeted by 566 retweets.

makes these posts successful?
· The “Weather Collection” by Kylie cosmetics is
the recent successful post which gathered a great response post the launch on
February 28th. It was liked by a lot of twitter followers which is proved by
the no. of likes it received that is 1.6K. People also retweeted this post by
bringing the retweet no. to 148. This new makeup collection has a vibrant
colour contrast box and ranges from highlighter palettes to lipsticks etc. for
a very good price of $280. They have already been sold out of their yellow
glitter liner for about which they tweeted on March 1 i.e. not even 24 hrs post
the launch.

about Mac according to their twitter posts their Viva
Glam products gathered a huge
customer response which is reflected by 1.4K likes and 566 retweets. 100% of
the money earned from the sale of this product range goes towards Mac’s fund
aid and will be used in helping the HIV sufferers.
